  • Trade Day: on-site measurements, photos, and final criteria meeting

  • Design & Documentation: execution of drawings, sourcing goods services, procuring estimates

  • Presentation: visual display of furnishings and materials; presentation of estimates and collection of deposit for furniture and finishes

estimate and budget Phase:

  • Collection and Organization: pricing based on the agreed design

  • Budget and Progress Review: deposit collection

Project Management Phase: Average duration is 8 weeks-6 months

  • Order Placement: assessment of delivery lead-times

  • Initiation of Construction and Renovation
